The room was absolutely stunning, with spaciousness that took my breath away. The beds were so comfortable, surrounded by mosquito nets and a safe for added peace of mind. The stone bathroom was immaculate, and I loved the sofa area outside with a clothes hanger, such a nice touch. The location was perfect, right near restaurants and with direct access to the beach. The beach loungers, towels, and sun umbrellas made our stay incredibly relaxing. The massage at the spa was top-notch, and the entire facility was kept spotlessly clean in a beautiful tropical setting. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food, especially the Italian dishes, was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back if I return to the area. The gardens were lovely and the hotel had a great boho rustic vibe. Our stay here was truly outstanding, from the beach view upgrade to the spacious and clean facilities. The access to the beach couldn't have been better, and the curries were mind-blowingly good. The location was superb, with easy access to restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful complex, at first glance unusual (room style) at second glance with its own special charm. Small maintained pool. Directly near town and beach. Perfect facility. Very friendly staff
Open style of the rooms.

We loved the intimate and exclusive ambiance of this resort. The personalized service made us feel like part of the family. The staff greeted us by name and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The Sea View villa with direct access to the pool and the lush green garden view deck was a true oasis. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the variety of delicious options available for breakfast and lunch. The hotel's location on the quieter end of the main road was perfect for a peaceful getaway.
We felt totally relaxed and had no complaints during our stay.

The resort looks really nice and is situated next to the beach. The garden is fabuleous.
The room is far too small for the rate. If you pay that price, you expect more.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable with exceptionally large terraces and/or garden sections. The staff are very hospitable, know the names of their guests and are always ready to help with anything. Breakfast on the beach is excellent. The beach area invites you to swim and linger and the small pool is exceptionally beautiful and refreshing.

I just love the decor of the Hotel and how each room is different. The garden is beautiful & well maintained. The location is great, right on the beach and enjoyed my breakfast looking out to the sea. Also really nice to be able to bike ride on the beach or to go into town. The staff was very friendly & helpful. I really didn't want to leave. I will definately be back, maybe next time on my Honeymoon !

The breakfast was good. The location on the beach was good. The bed was comfortable and the grounds are lovely.
The walls in my room felt crumbly. The women at the front desk were friendly but not very knowledgable about where to go and how to get there. The dinner food wasn't so good and it was overpriced. This isn't the best place to stay as a single traveler as there were not other single travelers and the other guests were a bit snobby.

During our New Year stay, we had an amazing time at this hotel. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. the room was very clean and comfortable, and the beach was just steps away. We also enjoyed the pool which was always clean and refreshing. Another great advantage was the location, as we were able to easily walk to nearby restaurants and shops.
the breakfast options could have been more varied.

The location.
The rate charged did not match other hotels in the same location for comparable facitilites /service.

The beach and the character of the place.
My main annoyance was the inflated exchange rate they unilaterally demanded. I had booked in usd at booking com a few weeks before and the dollar hadn't fallen drastically since then. But when I got there they told me I would be paying in Rupiah at a rate that made no attempt to approximate current bank rates (or even those given on the street). It ended up raising the price of the room by a few dollars a night. Resort hotels normally do tend to overcharge you for services in different ways, and you can't let it bother you too much while you're there. But this was a little rip-off you couldn't opt out of and it seemed particularly glaring. Basically we had a good experience, but see if you can book in rupiah.

This hotel is a great value for money option in Sanur. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is commendable. The hotel is located directly at a beautiful sandy beach that is protected by a reef. The surroundings are truly picturesque, with lovely gardens right by the beach. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are comfortable with separate full bathrooms and authentic furniture. Each room also has a front terrace to relax on. The breakfast spread is impressive, with a wide variety of popular dishes including great curries.
All was perfect at this hotel.

Charming hotel, excellent location, lovely people, nice terrace, beautiful view, great pool
The hotelmanager raised the rate of our room during our stay, we thought that was a bit rude, it did not give a very welcome feel, especially not because we stayed 2 weeks! The prices are European. The restaurant is charming but unfortunatelly the food was not good. The breakfast is limited and poor of quality ( unripe fruit, old tea, dry bread with cheap jams ) We considered to come back in the future but we're not sure.
